New Blog

I just wanted to share that I started a new blog. It probably won't be of much interest to most (or any) of you, but I thought I'd share anyway. I am using this new blog to chronicle my family history work. It's not much right now, just an intro to how I got interested and where I am (or rather am not) right now. Hopefully it will grow quickly.

Blast From The Past

A friend told me today that I need to post at least every week. (Mostly to keep her busy. Love ya Kate!) So I am bored out of my mind as Zach is out having fun at the movies and I am allowing my son to sit and watch TV. (I won't tell you what he's watching. I know some of you would judge.) And I'm shocked that he's actually sitting there. He usually wants to "watch" tv by watching for maybe 5 minutes then getting down and playing. Anyway, I found this old picture on my computer and figured I would post it just for kicks and Kate's benefit.

This is me on my blessing day according to my mom. Yes, I was quite the Uncle Fester until about 2. And yup, that's my Dad. His sideburn are quite a bit shorter, hair a little shorter and more salt and pepper, but other than that, he's pretty much the same.
